FCC Reviews Information Collections Under Delegated Authority

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to reduce paperwork burden and ensure the proper performance of its functions. The public can comment on the necessity and utility of the proposed information collection.
