Expanding Economic and Innovation Opportunities through Incentive Auctions

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is developing procedures for the broadcast television spectrum incentive auction, aiming to start accepting applications in fall 2015 and the bidding process in early 2016. The FCC issues this order to provide certainty for prospective bidders and other interested parties ahead of the auction.
