Commission Adopts Satellite Television Market Modification Rules

The Federal Communications Commission has implemented rules to modify the satellite television market, aligning with the Satellite Television Extension and Localism Act Reauthorization (STELAR) Act of 2014, which grants the Commission authority to adjust local television markets for satellite carriage rights.
