Federal Communications Commission Reopens Comment Periods for Lifeline Program Reform

The Federal Communications Commission has reopened the comment periods for oppositions and replies to oppositions to a petition by CTIA--The Wireless Association, which seeks to reconsider the Commission's order requiring eligible telecommunications carriers to maintain documentation for the Lifeline Program.
