Federal Communications Commission Seeks Public Comment on Information Collection for Emergency Review and Approval

The Federal Communications Commission is requesting public comment on an information collection process as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burdens, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The Commission invites comments on the necessity and utility of the information collection, as well as ways to minimize its burden on small businesses.
