FCC Announces OMB Approval for Incentive Auction Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to implement rules for the Incentive Auction, which aims to expand economic and innovation opportunities in the spectrum, following an emergency approval for six months.
