Federal Communications Commission Seeks Public Comment on Information Collection Requirement

The FCC is requesting public comment on an information collection requirement as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burdens and comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The public is invited to comment on the necessity and utility of the proposed collection, as well as ways to minimize its burden on small businesses.
