FDA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for Premarket Applications Review

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on a proposed collection of information related to the assignment of agency components for reviewing premarket applications. The FDA must publish this notice in the Federal Register and allow 60 days for public comment under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
