FDA Releases Small Entity Compliance Guide for Food Labeling of Omega-3 Fatty Acids

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a compliance guide to help small businesses accurately label their products containing alpha-linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, and docosahexaenoic acid omega-3 fatty acids, as required by the agency's final rule on food labeling.
