FDA Releases Revised Guidance for Tobacco Product User Fees

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a revised guidance document, titled 'Requirements for the Submission of Data Needed to Calculate User Fees for Domestic Manufacturers and Importers of Tobacco Products; Small Entity Compliance Guide', to help small businesses comply with user fee regulations for tobacco products, replacing a previous version published in 2014.
