FDA Announces Draft Guidance on Qualified Facility Attestation for Human and Animal Food

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a draft guidance on how to determine if a food facility meets modified requirements under the Preventive Controls for Human Food Rule or the Preventive Controls for Animal Food Rule, and how to submit the required forms.
