FDA Issues Emergency Use Authorizations for Zika Virus Detection Devices

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted two emergency use authorizations for in vitro diagnostic devices to detect Zika virus, following a public health emergency determination by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary on February 26, 2016.
