FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Ultrasonic Surgical Aspirator Devices

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a draft guidance document titled "Product Labeling for Certain Ultrasonic Surgical Aspirator Devices" to promote safe and effective use of these devices, particularly in the removal of uterine fibroids, following concerns over tissue dissemination.
