FDA Releases Guidance on Third-Party Certification Body Accreditation for Food Safety Audits

The FDA has made available a guidance document outlining the model accreditation standards for third-party certification bodies conducting food safety audits, as required by the FSMA, and recommends these standards to FDA staff and industry.
