FDA Bans Powdered Surgeon's Gloves and Related Devices

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has banned Powdered Surgeon's Gloves, Powdered Patient Examination Gloves, and Absorbable Powder for Lubricating a Surgeon's Glove due to an unreasonable risk of illness or injury, which cannot be mitigated by labeling changes.
