Coast Guard Proposes Boundary Redefinition for Higher Volume Port Area in Washington

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a rule change to redefine the boundaries of the existing higher volume port area in the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Puget Sound, in compliance with statutory requirements, as part of its maritime safety and stewardship efforts.
