Coast Guard Reopens Public Comment Period for Seafarers' Access to Maritime Facilities NPRM

The US Coast Guard is reopening the public comment period for the NPRM 'Seafarers' Access to Maritime Facilities' for 60 days, allowing the public to provide additional comments on the proposed rule. The NPRM aims to require facility owners to provide timely and cost-free access to seafarers and others between vessels and the facility gate.
