The Federal Emergency Management Agency is seeking public comments on a revised Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment- State Preparedness Report Unified Reporting Tool, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
