Coast Guard Issues Temporary Bridge Closure for Fireworks Display Over Lake Union

The Coast Guard has temporarily altered the operating schedule for three Seattle bridges crossing the Lake Washington Ship Canal to accommodate heavier than normal traffic associated with a fireworks display over Lake Union, allowing the bridges to remain closed to navigation before and after the event.
