TSA Issues Interim Final Rule to Adjust Passenger Civil Aviation Security Service Fee

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has published an interim final rule to implement statutory changes affecting the security service fee, which was increased by the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2013, and to address a round-trip limitation imposed by recent amendments. The rule remains largely unchanged from the 2014 IFR, except for added definitions related to the round-trip limitation.
