U.S. Customs and Border Protection Submits Information Collection Request for Customs Declaration Form

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking OMB approval to extend its Customs Declaration form (CBP Form 6059B) without changes, following a previously approved information collection. The public and affected agencies are invited to comment on the proposal.
