USCIS Requests Fee Waiver and Exemption for Form I-912 Information Collection

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance of a fee waiver and exemption for Form I-912, as well as a revision to a currently approved information collection, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
