Coast Guard Proposes Safety Zone for IOGP Charleston Patriot Festival

The U.S. Coast Guard plans to create a temporary safety zone on the Cooper River in Charleston, South Carolina, from September 11 to 13, 2015, to ensure the safety of participants and spectators during the International Outboard Grand Prix (IOGP) Charleston Patriot Festival, a high-speed boat racing event featuring approximately 25 boats.
