Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee to Discuss Utilizing Military Education for Seafarers

A public meeting of the Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee will focus on developing a task statement to incorporate military education, training, and assessment into the Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers and National Certifications.
