Coast Guard Proposes Rule Change for SR#38 Bridge in New Jersey

The US Coast Guard is proposing a rule change to allow the SR#38 Bridge in New Jersey to remain closed, as it has been since the early 1990s, and to update the bridge's name, in order to reflect its new operating regulation.
