Coast Guard Proposes Regulated Navigation Area on Fifth Coast Guard District Waterways

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to create a Regulated Navigation Area on the navigable waters of the Fifth Coast Guard District to ensure navigational safety and enforce restrictions on vessels operating in areas with ice-covered waterways.
