Coast Guard to Enforce Safety Zone in Chicago Waterway

The U.S. Coast Guard will restrict access to a segment of the Chicago waterway from August 17, 2015, to September 18, 2015, to protect against hazards from U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service trials on Asian Carp studies.
