The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a regulated navigation area in the Middle Waterway in Tacoma, Washington, to safeguard the sediment caps at the EPA's Commencement Bay Nearshore/Tideflats Superfund Cleanup Site, which is located in the Middle Waterway Problem Area.
