U.S. Coast Guard Submits Information Collection Request to Office of Management and Budget for Revision of Coast Guard Academy Application Forms

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking public comment on a revision to its application forms for the United States Coast Guard Academy, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and will submit the request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval.
