Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zones and Regulated Navigation Area for Shell Arctic Drilling Operations

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up temporary safety zones around Royal Dutch Shell's Arctic drilling vessel FENNICA, while also creating a designated area for individuals to exercise their First Amendment rights to protest Shell's operations in the Columbia River.
