Agency Information Collection Activities: Customs Modernization Act Recordkeeping Requirements

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) of the Department of Homeland Security is requesting public review and approval for the extension of its Customs Modernization Act Recordkeeping Requirements, which would involve no changes to the burden hours or information collected. The public and affected agencies are invited to provide comments on this proposal.
