US Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone on James River for US Navy Explosives Training

The US Coast Guard is setting up a safety zone in the James River, near the James River Reserve Fleet, to ensure the safety of vessels and people during the US Navy's explosives training on the M/V SS DEL MONTE, scheduled to take place in the area.
