Coast Guard Announces Effective Date for Automatic Identification System and Notice of Arrival Requirements

The US Coast Guard has received approval to implement new information collection requirements for Automatic Identification System and notice of arrival procedures, effective immediately, following a final rule published in the Federal Register on January 30, 2015.
