U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Conduct Automated Commercial Environment Export Manifest Test

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is planning to conduct a voluntary test of its Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) export manifest capability, requiring participants to submit electronic export manifest data at least 24 hours prior to vessel departure.
