Coast Guard Issues Temporary Regulation for Rock Island Railroad and Highway Drawbridge

The Coast Guard has temporarily altered the operating schedule for the Rock Island Railroad and Highway Drawbridge across the Upper Mississippi River to accommodate the Quad City Marathon, allowing the bridge to be closed for maintenance for approximately 4.5 hours.
