FEMA Submits Information Collection Form for OMB Review and Clearance

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is requesting public comment on a new information collection form related to the National Flood Insurance Program Call Center and Agent Referral Enrollment, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
