Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulation for Tennessee River

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a special local regulation for the Tennessee River, from October 3, 2015, to restrict access to a 7-mile stretch of the river for the 'Shoals Dragon Boat Festival,' a non-high-speed boat racing event, to ensure participant safety.
