U.S. Customs and Border Protection Issues Final Determination on Country of Origin of Solar Modules

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a final determination stating that the country of origin of certain solar modules manufactured by Hanwha USA is Malaysia when using Malaysian solar cells or Korea when using Korean solar cells for U.S. Government procurement.
