Coast Guard Establishes Emergency Safety Zone on Lower Mississippi River

The U.S. Coast Guard is imposing a temporary safety zone on the Lower Mississippi River between mile 467.0 and 472.0, starting at 11:32 p.m. on September 10, 2015, to protect against hazards caused by shallow water and shifting shoals.
