U.S. Customs and Border Protection Submits Information Collection Request for Declaration for Free Entry of Returned American Products

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, part of the Department of Homeland Security, is seeking public comment on a proposed extension of its information collection request for the Declaration for Free Entry of Returned American Products form, CBP Form 3311, without any changes to the burden hours or data collected.
