USCIS to Reveal 84 Countries Eligible for H-2A and 83 Countries for H-2B Nonimmigrant Worker Programs

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will publish a notice in the Federal Register to designate 84 countries for H-2A and 83 countries for H-2B nonimmigrant status, following a consultation with the Secretary of State.
