U.S. Coast Guard Submits Information Collection Request to Office of Management and Budget for Reinstatement of Pollution Prevention Certificates

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking public comment on its plan to reinstate and modify the collection of information related to international agreement pollution prevention certificates and equivalency certificates, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
