Coast Guard Proposes Expanded Regulated Navigation Area for Columbus Day, New Year's Eve, and Fourth of July Events in Biscayne Bay

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to expand the regulated navigation area on Biscayne Bay in Miami, Florida, to include areas around Turkey Point, Elliott Key, and the Julia Tuttle Causeway, in order to ensure public safety during high-traffic periods.
