Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Anchorage Grounds in New York Harbor

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to modify anchorage grounds and areas in New York Harbor due to the increasing size and draft of commercial vessels, as well as changes in recreational vessel usage patterns, in order to enhance vessel and environmental safety.
