Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for Witt-Penn Bridge Construction

The US Coast Guard has created a safety zone on the Hackensack River in New Jersey to protect vessels and people from potential hazards during the construction of the Witt-Penn Bridge, which is set to replace the existing bridge between Jersey City and Kearny.
