FEMA Publishes Final Recovery Policy for Labor Costs in Emergency Work

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has made the final version of its Recovery Policy 9525.7, Labor Costs--Emergency Work, available for public review and comment, following a notice of availability and request for comment published on August 13, 2010.
