Safety Zone; Closure of Morro Bay Harbor Bar Entrance; Morro Bay, CA

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to create a temporary safety zone in the navigable waters of Morro Bay Harbor Entrance, CA, to mitigate hazards during poor weather conditions. The proposed rule would restrict access to the area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, Los Angeles--Long Beach, or her designated representative.
