ATF Seeks OMB Approval for Revised Firearms Export Form

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a revised information collection related to the Application and Permit for Permanent Exportation of Firearms (National Firearms Act)-ATF Form 9 (5320.9). The proposed changes aim to update references and request an applicant's email address, following an increase in respondents and burden hours.
