Lemborexant Added to Schedule IV of Controlled Substances Act

The Drug Enforcement Administration has finalized a rule placing lemborexant, a medication used to treat sleep disorders, in Schedule IV of the Controlled Substances Act, effective immediately, following an interim rule published in 2020.
