DEA Proposes Scheduling of 5 New Synthetic Cannabinoids, Including FUB-144 and 5F-CUMYL-PINACA

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has proposed placing five synthetic cannabinoids, including FUB-144 and 5F-CUMYL-PINACA, into Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, which would impose permanent regulatory controls and sanctions on those who handle or manufacture these substances.
